The test run of the vibrating conveyor includes no-load test run and load test run. Today, I will mainly talk about some rules and requirements for the no-load test run of the vibrating conveyor.
一、 Conditions for no-load test run----
① All the aforementioned tasks are completed and meet the requirements;
② All related electrical construction and automatic control construction are completed and meet the requirements;
③ All lubrication points are filled with lubricating grease according to regulations;
④ Clean up around the conveyor and passage;
⑤ The electrical system, safety interlocking device, braking device, operation control system and signal system should be simulated or checked by operation, and their working performance should be sensitive, correct and reliable;
⑥ Turn each movement mechanism to make the input and output shafts of the transmission system rotate one circle without jamming; the rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the direction of the conveyor.
二、the eligibility criteria for the no-load test run----
① The conveyor should start smoothly and quickly, and the vibration should be stable, without side-to-side swing, bounce, impact and abnormal sound;
② The conveyor amplitude and vibration direction angle should not be greater than 10% of the rated value; for a vibrating conveyor with a length greater than 15m, the amplitude deviation of the front, middle and rear sections should not be greater than 10% of the rated amplitude;
③ The temperature rise of rubber springs must not exceed 50°C, the temperature rise of metal springs must not exceed 70°C, the temperature rise of bearings and motors of the eccentric link type vibration conveyor must not exceed 50°C; the temperature rise of electromagnet coils must not exceed 65°C;
④ No-load test run time is not less than 4 hours.
